You guys want a fun bachelor pad Something very special well guess what We’re going to show you one today and You can rent it Oh this is for a minute it’s like being In a refrigerator don’t close the door I Don’t like being locked in areas with You [Music] So where are we today sir we are in the Bird streets in West Hollywood which is Adjacent to Beverly Hills some of the Most beautiful modern homes are built Here and we’re going to show a really Cool one today How do you like this wall of water I Love this what a way to enter your house Right This is so cool that’s very special come On in So we don’t normally start outside but How can we not start outside look at This How sick is it that Century City look at The length of this pool that’s longer Than an Olympic pool that oh what I mean We’ve revealed the master that’s amazing How it goes up all the way up to the Bathroom It goes beyond the bathroom So so sick let’s take a look at the House and we’ll come back out here and Show everybody some of the fun things so I just want to mention it’s a hundred

Degrees today we’re having a heat wave Here in Los Angeles and it’s really hot But there’s a beautiful Breeze blowing Through and it doesn’t really feel that Bad does it no I’m I’m doing all right For now ask me again in about 10 minutes Well if you stand in the sun just check That chair out it’s a cheese but look at The feet How cool is that that is fun I want one Of those okay so this is the I guess the Great room right it’s the dining area Which is set for 12 people with the Coolest light Unreal I really like all the art and the little Like look at the coffee table everything It’s just so well thought about and Different Love it This guy’s fun too So did you notice coming in there was a Piano around the corner I did this I Wonder if it’s the same artist because It looks very similar it might well be We’ll take a close look at that because It’s very special So this is the kitchen Simple but yeah everything right Big huge sink Fridge freezer I like this owner what is That this I prove I approve just just Some alcohols you like alcohol right This is a very cool little nuke cool

Fire pit two fire pits one two And yeah And you’ve got water there as well I Know water everywhere yeah it’s nice That they’ve kind of left that sight Line there so it feels nice and open you Can see the mountain up there So let me show you some fun parts of the House okay ready Don’t fall in the pool Seriously look how long this pool is [Music] And then here’s two guest rooms stand up Against the wall you almost like blend In This is such a Michael house you like it Don’t you I do I really like it but the Way that it’s all been decorated is so You Take your shower here half is faded and The other half you people can watch you Wash your hair and your face not really It’s no one can see you but it’s great Again isn’t that a lovely use of space Like the fact that they built it all the Way around they could have brilliant Squared it off but they didn’t and the Drain everything is thought about it’s Just very nicely done Just looking to do you like my shirt Well I suppose a bit you have one that Does look like that I do I love this What a great print Yeah right another bedroom

Just so you know there’s some amazing Stuff downstairs that we’re going to Show you it’s coming up right away look As if this couldn’t be any more for you Have you seen the wallpaper London every room has electric Shades Let me see if I can do it without Breaking anything Electric shakes let’s go look at the fun Stuff All right Foreign [Applause] So you would never know looking from the Street that this house had all this Square footage And there’s some beautiful rooms down Here party time I call it Okay so this is just a card room and the Coolest football How cool is this that is cool all right Evie gray over white oh wait oh when I Win look at the lights the gloves that’s So funny Shaft I thought they would be like you Know ceramic or something but That’s so clever minimalistic but Brilliant oh I can’t show you guys don’t Show that oh oh nice very fun right yeah And then look at this isn’t this an Interesting little feature yeah and it Has this amazing art book it’s like come Down and peruse art Beautiful portrait

I would guess that’s a very very Expensive book I would think so All right So next we have The gym And this is a really well equipped gym Have you seen this as well Michael what Am I oh my word this light fixture so at Night this muscle will be lit up that’s Just soup can you I can just about make Out in the reflection you see the little LEDs I do I do so I bet you at night This looks awesome and the water goes Underneath his glass floor all the way Through oh it does So it really will look spectacular at Night I love this piece of art like the Um the Dubai airport yes where did we See that what house was it the one was It at the one or was it at Nile’s other House that we did before the one With the waterfall not sure I think it Could be the other one do you want to Peek at the bathroom sure why not You can do some weights no I’m not Very nice Look at the size of this pocket door Wow isn’t that something it’s what Double my height and some right so 15 16 Feet that’s probably yeah 15 feet easier All right oh look look at this side it Looks like this one’s actually hanging From the chandelier so neat

Wow beautiful And the sound of running water Everywhere is really really appealing Um just once one quick thing this is Condensation so the fact that this looks Like little beads of glass are you sure I think it’s deliberate look when you Stand on it they jiggle they do yeah They move but Because yeah yeah my girlfriend hits Them it’s gonna condense I wonder if That’s deliberate or just turned out to Be amazing yeah I love it I think it Looks great very cool All right so before we get into the real Fun stuff there’s another bedroom here Which is just done I guess a guest room a fun guest room But look how cool this is Seriously I really like how this has all Been done right a little tiny balcony an Escape Route nice bathroom very nice Very nice I love the marble So this is like I would call the fun Entertaining area right yeah There’s another little bus room off the Side here if you just want to catch a Glimpse of it The water beautiful and these are all Closed of course so if you don’t want to Hear it you don’t have to so this Cascades from the wall outside where we Came in through the pond and then down Here correct correct look at this

Bathroom this is we’ve seen this type of Thing before Oh this is amazing I love these things I do too built into The water I’m assuming it’s a whole Piece that goes on must be Very nice is this textured Yeah yeah it’s almost like uh concrete Yeah Or something yeah Okay so again Great Entertaining room Big TV Bar Can I get you a beverage yes absolutely I like these guys I forget what this is Called but there’s an artist that makes These bears and they’re very expensive It’s called the Teddy Bear yeah I don’t Know his name though but and this I have One of these you do don’t you exactly The same one lovely bar Fully equipped here we have a great Theater wow I haven’t seen this no Check this out Whoa if you go back there I’ll do my Yeah my show and tell okay this is very Nice are you ready ready ding that’s how Big it is yeah I like this I like Showing how big it is I like these lamps They touch I like everything about it Popcorn machine to your left Yeah but again you know from the street You would never realize That this house had this much space no

And inside the garage we have oh A cool car What is it an old Mercedes no this is a Very very cool Lambo Urus right it is Which is matte white yeah it’s got a Nice orange interior beautiful yeah I Think it’s red if I’m not mistaken well Given that this is our engine this is Orange and the front grill is orange You’re colorblind that’s red you think This is red I do think it’s red I think That’s red it’s red look at the brake Calipers yeah there’s like a dark Maroonish red there the brake calipers Are red and the rim tape is Orange it’s Not orange go and have a look at the Front splitter or the middle of the Front bumper It’s like a Orangey red but it’s more red than Orange don’t you think that is as orange As I’ve ever seen orange come on Adam I’m changing your name to cantankerous What an incredibly good use of space Yeah it really is now I really do like How everything’s been done here it’s it Is the perfect bachelor pad where like You could live here with a girlfriend or Your wife but it’s very very masculine Feminine right it’s very masculine but It’s clean and everything is well Thought of yeah big fat I think a lot of Women would like this house I agree [Music] So Patrick thanks so much for having us
