Earlier before you got here because you Were late But it’s gorgeous I mean look at that Isn’t that spectacular It’s very welcoming you come in and I Guess this would be the The Hangout area Right yeah this is the living room and They did an amazing job with this check This out look how they book match this That’s Perfection this almost looks like The silhouette of like a lady and then Her legs do you see that so I was Thinking it looked like the rear end of A horse like the horse’s legs all that Too but seriously it does doesn’t it Horse see there you go maybe it has a Horse theme okay I can see that I just Noticed that too kitchen is beautiful This is kind of scandinavian-ish right You know simple clean minimalist Minimalist yeah gagger now which is Amazing only these How do you open these oh just they’re Regular cupboards I you know sometimes They pull out and where’s the fridges I think that’s one that Caroline’s going To Die and freezer Freezer you did it’s a breather What do you think Adam I love it I keep Staring outside look at that back garden Now back Garden is not something you can Say in the states it’s a backyard but But I feel like backyard doesn’t do it

Yeah maybe that’s where it goes up there Yeah yeah or wired but this let me show You how big it is oh my God Michael That’s huge that’s a big one with bank Accounts so here you could basically Include this if you wanted to make Another big room out of it there’s a Bathroom here Which is very lovely in a shower Carrier while you look over the Hollywood Sign yeah this view was one of The most beautiful View I have seen I mean there’s a Helicopter it’s the same one here I Wonder who that is look I’ll look for You Michael But I gotta go back inside I’m so cold So cold it is cold I mean you’re not Cold I’m from England I am too I left that because I didn’t like the Cold allegedly yeah allegedly right do You know what I’m actually sad that it Isn’t bright blue sky because it is not Doing Justice on camera how gorgeous I Know This truly is if this house was not Where it is because I don’t want to be In this area of La this should be the Perfect house for me I love it I agree Let me show you some more of it okay Well let Caroline show us some more of It Caroline’s about to turn into an icicle The pool also changes colored yeah the
13th red blue green purple red so it Looks like blood I bet it’s nice hold on Standby after warm up defrost People will be laughing at us at 60 Degrees and we’re freaking out probably 50 hold on I’m gonna look I want to know What the temperature is 62 I’m saying Right now 61. well I only have yeah Beverly Hills 61. there you go But we’re not in Beverly Hills so let’s Call this 60. all right so there’s three Bedrooms on this floor don’t forget the Dining room which is lovely with the Two-way fireplace I love it when they Put fireplaces too sprayed a room it’s a One-way fireplace So bedroom number one do you know what Else I like in here tell me all of the Lights they’ve gone with the warm white If you notice when we walked in it was Warm white whereas a lot of these houses Do like a like a cold blue white yes and It’s so much more inviting so I actually Did the cold blue light in my house And I hated it yeah I swapped it oh it Cost me a fortune because I had to redo Everything twice but this is a lovely Closet for a guest bedroom right I mean Some of the houses that we’ve seen the Masters haven’t been this big yeah right But the guy who designed it as RC and he Did such a good job with the layout Because I’ve seen a lot of these homes The layout is horrible but this layout
Even though it’s not the biggest house Like I prefer this layout over some 10 000 square foot homes I agree yeah let’s See more of it let’s go [Music] What else do we have down here on this Floor Well you gotta make your billion dollars Somewhere indeed indeed so this room They staged it as an office but it can Also be used as a bedroom but really the Great thing about this room is this Indoor outdoor flow Very nice actually yeah I saw it one of The like top CEOs they put a desk Outside and they do like a few hours of Work outside and I was like yeah because That vitamin D it’s really amazing it Promotes like It helps you with happiness and Decreases depression There’s another bedroom here I want to Show you guys upstairs it’s crazy I know Bedroom Restroom outdoor area Let’s talk about this What is this Like a mutilated Dog oh I was gonna say like goat yeah if You want like a sheep right yeah goat Sheep and then of course you have the Lovely butterfly to make the perfect Contrast it’s interesting art isn’t it Yeah not like a tea that one no don’t
Like mutilated things And then a bathroom Powder Room Powder room just doesn’t have a shower Brain of the house All right let’s throw the Nerds [Music] Take us upstairs all right so this level It has two master bedrooms now they’re Both super magnificent but I’m going to Show you the little lesser one first and Then the super duper nice one after I Like that but they’re both great let’s Do it okay Oh this is lovely Oh check this out it’s an open bathroom Yes wow I’m a big fan big fan of RC’s work and This is a fantastic closet This is a master one that’s done I know I don’t think it’s hooked up yet I just Tried to switch it down Because the other closet this isn’t Finished yet either clearly but the Other closet uh that I went to nearly is Spectacular but not finished but we’ll See it I mean Carol fine to your point Earlier about this feeling like a Boutique hotel oh this could be a room In a really nice hotel RC is definitely a well-traveled man Like he he really understands he he got It he got the assignment you know She’s like the Mondrian in one of the
Rights the sweets right into this Outdoor area you also have views past This Um Past this Is Awesome Right so they’re telling me not to Unfold but I really just want to do this But I’m like okay let’s go he’s gonna be Elegant and graceful and shoulders back And we are gonna show his beautiful Health come along so this balcony leads Into the Bigger Master right yeah and then that Entryway right there you can go into I Think we should come in through the Entryway you want to yes okay let’s do It properly So being covered Camera to the other master So bedroom something’s falling no Someone putting the trash out oh is that What it is yeah okay Michael’s never Done that before so he doesn’t know what It sounds like So this master closet when it’s going to Be done I mean I I know apartments that Are the size you know very nicely done I love this closet though show us the Bathroom all right come on whoa this Bathtub is like I think it’s hard I know It is Art so I’m standing here the way That everything is framed it looks like
Art yeah it looks like it’s an architect Digest or something it’s so gorgeous Isn’t that amazing that’s gorgeous I’m Telling you this guy RC who built this House he has such great taste you know I Mean this is truly that’s probably one Of the nicest if not the nicest but I’ve Seen agreed it’s spectacular I hope the Camera shows how good this actually Looks but I love the fact they’ve got it On that little raised level just to make It more of a feature because if you put That on the floor it wouldn’t look half As impressive it looks more Grand yeah Yeah uplifted well beautiful and then we Have lovely sitting area in the middle Shower now that’s a rain head Let’s go in oh look it’s got a little Corner yeah this is huge But I mean you could be showering and Someone could stand there and be Completely dry that’s how big this is Look at the little details like the Recessed lighting under there that makes Such a difference it really does to how Things look and again how Grand they Seem [Music] Foreign [Music] But this is the part that will Absolutely blow your mind you haven’t Seen this Adam but you’re about to You’ll get a thriller out of this go
Ahead Caroline You like the lights I just yeah I love This whole Space it’s beautiful right Oh my God I know right oh my God so this Is literally 360 Of La we are on top of La like you can See everything wow Hollywood Sign Universal City ocean Everything I mean wow you are literally On the top the Pinnacle of LA and you Get to see It’s gorgeous So let’s look around us the only higher Places there’s that little mountain or Hill there that’s not residential right And then the Hollywood Sign like you Literally cannot get any higher than This no It’s fantastic it really is fantastic And what a great space as well we Haven’t even talked about in space Imagine having dinner here hosting a Dinner party yeah totally with downtown Looking out yeah totally at night it’s Gonna be so beautiful And of course he has to put this super Nice Marble Bar just to make it super Fancy again I feel like there’s more to Be done out here like yes it’s not 100 Finished yeah But with that said I am so cold I’m saying goodbye now so Hit the Subscribe button hit the Bell
