These Luxury Watches Survived The CRASH!
In last week’s episode we showed you Luxury watches that are absolutely Tanked this week’s episode we’re going To show you some that are eye-wateringly Expensive So in last week’s episode we showed you Watches that had crashed in the luxury Market this week we’re going to show you Those that have survived they’re pretty Stable in the prices and eddie and vadim From risk aficionado they’ve brought These amazing watches here and we’re Going to talk about the ones that uh Haven’t really been beaten up too badly Now some of them did pretty well still So we have a couple survivors still a Couple which ones are doing the best The best um i think Certain aps have been stable you know we Talked about uh some that have come down Those 50th anniversaries that came down Quite a bit i think when we spoke last Week of the higher end Of the uh the timepieces i think Something like this We have a black ceramic limited edition Term That’s beautiful beautiful piece limited 100 pieces full ceramic tourbillon open Work Now that one’s still trading probably Where it was in the past hasn’t really Come down much which is how much uh just North of 400 000. but retail on this one
Is 300 000. so the super high end pieces Are still out there because again There’s not that many of them made right Question about this watch With it being all ceramic do you have to Be extremely careful with it i mean it’s Scratch resistant but if you drop it you Can crack the ceramic it’ll crack it can Shatter really good it could yeah so you Have to be very careful with these you Do but they are scratch resistant this Is a beautiful piece beautiful piece Hundred pieces made full open work Tourbillon and this one is your new one This one is i think it’s probably 2019 But they all look brand new it always Looks brand new that’s an adam watch it Really isn’t even much i like that one How much did you say this was four Hundred thousand just north of four you Got nothing okay Um we’ll let you have it for four if you Commit to it today oh perfect i mean you Know three yeah oh there you go i throw In the extra dollar well thank you i Appreciate it i never accuse you of not Being generous See what else is doing really well so This one still survived um actually it’s Doing pretty well purple dial white gold Frosted chronograph Limited to 200 pieces This is the first time i’ve actually Ever seen him personally and a purple
Devil on it it really is pretty Really pretty i i thought it would look A bit you know not quite sure but It looks gorgeous in person and the Frosted white gold is nice it gives a Little pop It really does It has an interesting finish it’s got a Nice texture to it so this watch is how Much That one is just around three hundred Thousand just just just just dress not Too bad if you say it faster exactly and What’s the list on this it’s just under 100 really yeah and it’s 300 000 but Again limited quantity made 200 pieces There’s not that many of them on the Market So why do you think this one has Maintained its value as well as it has Compared to some of the other aps that Have fallen there’s just not that many Produced you know and it’s uh it’s one Of those pieces that collectors once They get them in their hands i don’t Think a lot of people are going over and Selling them I think it’s a beautiful piece to keep So the collectors that have them are Actually keeping them it really is nice I love that purple is this the only ap That they make with the purple dial no They make a tourbillon as well do they Yeah they make a turbulence also
Beautiful piece which needless to say Would be even more money Similar similar price similar price and So question for you any of these that Are currently in the market like they’ve They’ve all been sold all 200 pieces Were sold at retail so those are all Soldered there’s no way for things That’s all secondary market they don’t i Don’t sell these at retail anymore got It it’s all secondary market at this Point yeah It’s a very difficult watch to get even If you’re a Very good ap customer if you went into Ap and they had one they wouldn’t sell It correctly right they have to be What a game these people play the so why It’s always better i mean at this point There’s no aps in the boutiques at all Right right you walk in it’s it’s not Even it’s museums right oh it’s so Strange all the authorized deals are Just music what has happened to the Watch world i mean that’s the new model Right everyone wants to go to that patek Museum model yeah rolex doesn’t have Rolex paddock doesn’t have paddock and Ap doesn’t have ap but rolex making a Million watches a year though They should have a lot of watches and Stuff you would think right i feel for The dealers actually as well because how Do they you know how do they make a
Living they’ve got nothing to sell There’s not much there no crazy there’s Really not much so russian meal Love hate relationship for a long time Now for a long time a long time i bought A few of them uh When they were Hard to give away really yeah and now They’ve i have four or five times the Value yeah you love it you love them i I don’t understand them do you still Have yours yeah I have a few of them yeah And and i must confess i actually sold One of mine to you yeah absolutely uh One of these No but these did i regret it because i Showed it cheap But but they survived they don’t make That many pieces right i think it’s what Five thousand pieces a year that already Puts out yeah forty five to five yeah Where’s this hype come from i know Incredible marketing but marketing Geniuses right so they’re doing Marketing and they they know how to Control supply and demand So this is the titanium rm1103 right yep And how much are these going for now This is still over 300 000. and this is A 120 000 or something like that Probably just under 150. Isn’t that insane yeah Absolutely insane but it’s a beautiful
Piece it is out of all the rms I think this is my favorite uh and i Know you know they’ve got some i mean The beauty is that as big as they are They’re very wearable yeah they are Wearable and they’re comfortable and the One that you’re wearing if Would you be so kind as to take it off Of course i’ve said it before i’m going To say it again this is something you’d Expect to get with five gallons of gas Like a free It weighs nothing nothing Scales it’s got an elastic band for a Strap It does nothing but tell the time Literally no complications Three hundred thousand dollars more yeah A little a little over 300. Adam felish tell me how you really feel About this michael I just don’t get it i don’t understand Why anybody Would Pay 300 plus thousand dollars For You paid more than that for this Not this one I it’s this one that that i just find Funny and you know it’s very soft after It is it is very much so it’s just the Elastic band put it on try it it fits Well let’s do it what you’re going to Sell me a food in there
That i absolutely don’t want Well it’s not coming off your first Dinner hurry it’s actually quite Comfortable there you go oh here we go It matches perfectly my shirt how much Can i have it for I mean i should have it just for the Love of how it looks you hate it i don’t Hate how it looks it doesn’t make sense It’s so expensive but i don’t hate how It looks this outfit was made for it it Really was right the yellow Crown the red strap matches absolutely Perfectly and when you’re doing your Balancing act on the ball with the Elephants it won’t even pull up your Wrist so here’s a crazy question does This elastic band come in a bigger Have different sizes size they got small Medium and large and so you go in and Say like an elastic band please it’s a Thousand dollars how much is a strap Uh in this in richard miller i think 500 Aftermarket market like 1500 Crazy it won’t come off i’ll have to Keep it it’s all yours wow this one you Would definitely wear though i actually Would yeah it’s much better on the wrist There we go But 300 000 What about that ferrari one that they’ve Just come out with it’s about the Thickness of a piece of paper i think They screwed up with that one yeah i

Paddocks uh paddock’s rise was very Extreme yeah i said they went up 150 Percent overnight basically right within Within a year and a half crazy it was Two it’s too quick Okay so i’m sure people have seen this On the camera want to know what it is i Certainly do it’s an mbnf right it is it Is let’s let’s talk about this very Strange Uh virgin or peculiar timepiece super Cool uh they call it Hm6 horological machine six Horological machine sequences what does It do titanium tourbillon How do you tell what time it is the two Windows on the bottom so it’s 2 40. There you go one window is our second With those minutes and then you’ve got a Flying tourbillon in the middle and what Are these guys and then you have this Aperture over here To close oh that’s interesting it’s a Menin black watch it is and what are the Two things on the top oh that’s the Router Yeah and there’s the back of it adam What a peculiar piece okay how much is This Just over two but the retail two dollars Isn’t bad for this not bad at all not Bad at all not bad at all but the retail On it was about About two hundred thousand really so
It’s pretty stable it never went up and Never had that meteorological hundred Thousand dollars for a doctor who watch I wonder how many of people know who Doctor who was do you know who doctor Who was who who Do you was an owl convention you don’t Know doctor who in the tardis of course I do You know who doctor who in the tardis is Of course Brilliant i like this a beautiful piece I wouldn’t wear it but i like it and Biologically it’s beautiful so Incredibly complicated right quite so The langer that i see here may i see it Of course That is a beautiful piece this is the Sight work right it is it is psych i Believe it’s pronounced i think they Released it like 2009 or 2010 but Absolutely Stunning a lot of value for them look at That how much is this watch Just under 80. and these are pretty Stable right very very very true Collector’s piece beautiful watches It’s upside down Upside down Oh dude that just shows you i’m wearing Sunglasses i don’t know why i’m even Wearing sunglasses inside come on Guys it was upside down i apologize Beautiful piece absolutely beautiful
We’ll have to talk about this one Separately definitely So what’s the deal with vacherons Nowadays because um i know they’ve Become very popular recently especially The the is it the Ocean not the ocean uh overseas overseas Yeah where did they get ocean from That’s how you see ocean So they’re overseas and i see you have a Couple of them we do uh vacheron’s still Doing pretty well but again they didn’t Have that paddock rise you know they Didn’t they didn’t trade at 203x right Some forex right so they stayed pretty Stable you know Restaurant chronograph probably you know Under 80k for a beautiful watch maybe Retail is at 50. that is really pretty That is really interchangeable strap They have a quick disconnect it’s a Really nice piece nice piece a lot of Value yeah the dial is just gorgeous i Mean they really did a good job with This time what did they call it a Sunburst style where it has that kind of Uh Like almost like a circular gradient When you shine the light on it you know What i mean I just make it up but it’s almost like You’re going to get used to it you’re Wrong But it sounded nice
It sounded nice And this guy here this one’s super nice Too blue dial stainless steel tourbillon Oh champion That is really pretty as well fits Beautifully on the wrist though A lot of value You see the tourbillon is very special And this guy is how much This one is probably around 180 and Retail is probably around 120 ish So Crazy But it never it never doubled right it Was always a stable climb yeah beautiful Beautiful and they don’t release a lot Of them there’s not a lot of pieces made You can’t really get them in the stores I’m really getting a soft spot for Vacherons you know yeah well it’s not a Soft spot it’s the other one but yeah i Really like him He’s getting really bad in his old age No but they’re beautiful we’ve seen a Few now recently and they are gorgeous Watches beautiful watches do you have One i do i have i have one oh yeah yeah I have the have i ever seen it yes have I Yes i think we showed it in a video once Oh okay you have so many i’ll lose track You’re one of the very first videos oh Okay but this one is is absolutely Gorgeous it really is gorgeous rose gold
Perpetual And that one is how much money This one is uh 190ish That’s a lot of watch you’re getting for The money that is a loud watch And this one feels good the weight is Really and it’s quite substantial the Moon phase on the bottom there Yeah this is a perpetual calendar Which uh shows month day year look how Thin it is on the profile For a perpetual calendar that’s Extremely it is it is beautiful piece Gorgeous beautiful again a lot of value Yeah so for under 200k you got a Beautiful watch So in closing Are there any brands that you would tell People to avoid To avoid Um no i say i always say buy what you Like buy what you wear if it goes up you Did well yeah I tell everybody the same thing if You’re going to buy it buy it because You like it buy it because you want to Wear it and should people be buying them For investment purpose or just because It’s I think we had a good run where people Were buying them for investments and They did very well Uh you know mainstream consumers did Very well flippers did very well and
