Oh wait this isn't this is cupboards the Size of that one so i thought this was Your tv yeah like some kind of cool tvs On the other side And it drops out of the ceiling wow Look at that this so this is the Master number one Where you lay in bed and you look at This incredible incredible view Tv dangles out of the ceiling and folds Away so it becomes invisible you have a Little hot tub spa out here Beautiful balcony overlooking the Pacific ocean it's very clear today it Is clear heat is in the ceiling a lot of Heat is in the ceiling actually this is Gorgeous isn't it gorgeous So in comparison to the one we've done a Lot of houses this one Just Welcomes you somehow it's it's Spectacular the attention to detail the Developer was telling me before that These are set like piano keys everything In the house even the front of the house The slats were meant to look like piano Keys so there's thought everywhere it Goes along i wonder if this makes the tv Go up I'm going to try it that is cool isn't It that is cool i like that so yeah so This is Bedroom number one can't get over this Absolutely gorgeous

And then there's a little room here This is Office Little office that leads into the house And it all closes off i love the sound Without running i do too should we go Back that way yeah because there's Something back there isn't that long Around Indeed there is so When i was looking around the house Stay this door was closed I thought it was a closet right i didn't Even bother because you have this grand Grand staircase and everything so Spectacular Oh what the heck i'll have a look oops And then i walked in Look at this adam It's a full movie thing it's a real deal Movie theater I mean the real deal but what's most Amazing is it doubles up as a bunker It's an underground Bunker completely surrounded in concrete So that if something bad happened you Could come and live in here and just Watch movies all the time right so let Me show you how big this screen is It's huge Yeah this is lovely i love how they've Tiered it as well so it goes from sort Of The ceilings are low here and then

Gradually gets higher and higher It's like a real movie theater So apparently michael was saying that The sound system in here is insane and The reason they surrounded it with Concrete was to stop it from shaking the Whole house down yes he told me that too But he also told me it doubles up as a As a bunker right Isn't this just crazy and i missed it i Thought it was a broom closet All right See what else i missed look at that You can't show that anything we're Allowed to show that let's go to the Wellness center So here I'm going to show you something that You've probably never seen before This machine here this is the gym This machine here Cost thirty thousand dollars And what it is Is you set this You hear that noise it's now that's one Pound and you can set it for whatever You want and it goes all the way up to Who knows what and then these Once it's finished loading the weights I have to wait I've put a lot of weight on Maybe 200 pounds in which case i'm not Moving it okay so then this Oh yeah it's doing around

My goodness me uh crazy and then these Things come up and you do whatever it is That one does with these But 30 grand and it's totally Electronic you ever seen one of those Before no i haven't no that's wild Every home should have one right yeah All right Next we have Bathroom Which is serves for the gym Beautifully done i love these backlit Mirrors i do too This is the Second master suite or premiere suite So here is the Bathroom the bathtub Which is beautiful Shower this one does not have the Skylight but it's it's a Lovely shower do you know what i also Really like is the fact that they've Opened up this so by putting the plant There it doesn't make you feel like You're in the basement That's true And you do see the sky up there yeah Very nice Continue this way This is the Closet for the secondary master well i Say it's a master it's not as luxurious Obviously as the one upstairs but it's Still

Huge yeah but nothing where you can come Sit here freeze Have your cheese and well that's isn't It this is like i can imagine you coming In here to play cards or yes you know When you've got friends come over you Can come in here and gamble just there Is a card table there by the way yes But yeah you're absolutely right this is A like a hangout zone and Yeah you could get very happy in here i Think you could absolutely beautiful Truly truly beautiful and again details Underneath the cutouts of the stairs all Back like with led So nice Crazy Okay here We have two more bedrooms Great size i mean these are big Bathrooms big bedrooms and of course You've got this crazy crazy view Every room smells amazing yeah that's Right it does Look at the view from the bedroom oh Yeah Fabulous isn't it i like it i like it a Lot i do too and then there's another Bedroom which is Next to this one And can i just cast everybody's mind Back to the beginning of the video when We were stood outside the front gate Well you don't see the house no idea no

Idea at all no idea at all And then look at this bathroom this is Again beautiful It's like the reverse of the one we were Just in yeah And again very spacious these are big Rooms this is as big as some moss as We've seen oh easy yeah beautiful with a Cut out at the back again very thought About stunning Yeah Nice And there's a slot in the ceiling i Don't know if that's for a tv or what it Is Now we go this way this is now the staff Quarters Which is very nicely done This is a storage room which we don't Really need to show Here this is a kitchen Just for the staff Isn't that nice yeah And then this would be for washes and Dryers they're not currently in here but It's it's plumbed for washes and dryers And there's sink back there Pantry And then here we have the actual Guest suites or staff suites bathroom Little living room which i've never seen Before Right Bedroom

Beautiful bathroom attached to the Bedroom i mean it's really quite Something it really is lovely because That's the thing that you don't consider Is when you have properties this large And then you know when you do have your Staff and they don't go home like they Need somewhere here's another home yeah And so to be able to sit here and watch Tv and relax very comfortable yeah very Very comfortable and a little living Area like i said i've never seen this Built into no a staff quarters uh So nice so each one has its own bathroom And then there's another bathroom Here we have More storage more storage This staircase here leads to the chef's Kitchen And we're back now to the main house [Music] So this is my favorite part of the Entire house This is just crazy Ceiling heaters one two three four five Six so you'll never be cold you come out In any weather you can come out pouring Down with rain and you'd still be Totally dry you could actually swim in The rain and not get wet from the rain That's correct that's correct this is a Swimmer's lane this long piece here and This is your regular pool So if you want to swim lengths very well
