We can start there 13 000 square feet yes Spectacular Yes and it's also rentable yes it is Minimum 15 000 per night that's actually not That bad because adam and i took a Little peek around it earlier And it's pretty spectacular It is it is it is so you guys go and Knock yourselves out you don't want to Join us no go for it it's all yours all Right all yours ready guys ready which Way that way or that way that way that Way yeah all right let's go So first thing we encounter Big doors an elevator I'm leaving it alone i don't have a good Thing with elevators yeah i shouldn't do That look at this isn't this just divine That's a new word divine Better than sick no yes yeah yeah okay Worn sick out Mega sick ultra sick Beautiful room this is really really Lovely Everything is such a grand scale you Don't realize but this is What eight ten feet long Oh easy yeah beautiful this is lovely Too look at the texture on here No it's really really nice okay so let's Go That's glass

Yeah nice so this is like your little Sort of pool cabana Yeah i forgot to ask how many bathrooms This has been i think it's 12 or 13. wow And guys we took a peek around When we show you the downstairs and the Upstairs it's just At this level there's a lot more to see What did you tell me when i walked in i Told you this is the my favorite house I've ever been in yeah and it really is It's it's gorgeous so i'm walking across The paving stones And don't walk there because that is in Fact water Did you know that if i hadn't i've told You i think i would have figured it out You would okay sundown fire pit where You sit and Roast your marshmallows Sunbathing What are you walking by Oh goodies Dom perignon 2012. nothing wrong with That on real ice as well what did you Anticipate it be well sometimes they Just put them on for display but i think This means that they want us to can i do This can i throw this in the pool drink It all right you might dilute the pool Prove it's real water How about that for all the doubters all The doubters out there all the haters it Is real water this is a real grash and
To prove it i'm not going to walk on it This is so nice isn't it nice so you've Got a little I don't know fish pondish type of pool There fire pit Ridiculously long How long is this pool hundred feet Probably yeah maybe even more and There's a spa down there with the Waterfall which we'll get to From another room should we go back in Yeah look at the house from here though What a great aspect It really is and again you're only Seeing a tiny piece of it because the Bulk of the house is on another level Right Do you like marshmallows roasted in fire Pits um i'm not a huge marshmallow fan No I like marshmallows i like fire pits in Fact i just bought one You bought a fire pit i did don't you Build a fire pit well i bought i built It after i bought it yeah i love this You can see your cars From the top level although they're Totally secure And protected is that amazing huge Garage door as well you get a better View of them shortly Okay i'm giving all the secrets away And the doors pocket away To
Disappearing And again this is Pocket doors that disappear and it just Gives you the entire Outside It's missing some koi fish yeah it'd be Nice wouldn't it big goldfish oh because You can actually see right there what The skylight so when we get down to the Basement you can see up through this so There's brilliant fish in there you'd be Able to see the fish yeah definitely Needs fish okay so let's go in this room Which is The dining room and apologies for The beeping noise it's a fire detector That plagues us on many houses that we We tour look at this adam this is the Wine I guess it's called a wine elevator May i show you yeah Oh wow that's so impressive you're Horrible Okay There is a way Okay these Go up and down and roll and i'll figure It out at some point at least i'll try To and if i do I'll put it in the video how's that Perfect Dining room did i say this was a dining Room And outside this is all glass

This is epic oh wow so this is a vista Of Your car collection Which is Behind that big gate at the end goes out To the street and you could put i guess In here two three four five Seven or eight cars in here So there's two g wagons currently an Aston and a rolls and it's empty Yeah that lovely that's awesome okay let Me show you the the gym with the best View ever Mermaid view Huh Fun isn't it that's so much fun And this you can seal off this part of The house and behind you directly behind You is a staircase that leads out to the Pool area so you can pool gym back here There's a bathroom Great shower oh and i didn't see this Before Oh Hey sauna it smells nice Lovely i love putting the water on the Coal Too not an improvement No it's gorgeous great shower for six Right And then a blue i'm assuming that's a Little Wow Great assumption it's a little you don't

Never seen this before you know a Concept like this where you you pull in From the road you're still semi outdoors And in california of course it's ideal Because it never rains You can see your cars from the house They're On show but yet it's beautiful Yeah no this is very practical as well Absolutely yeah it's a great way to Display them and also great way to Display them yeah and you could do this In a Other area where the weather's not so Good just put glass across the top Absolutely all right let's go explore Some more here we have what do we have Laundry room Bedrooms here i'm assuming this is like The helps area that makes sense yeah Peek outside and there's an emergency Exit with a ladder up the back as we are In fact subterranean and then there's The closet back here and Bathroom you wanna see the bathroom sure We'll have a little peek have a peek at The bathroom why not oh wow Nice bathroom for uh this is much bigger Than i expected yeah it's lovely I'm disappointed that we haven't found Any more people laying on the floor in Closets Okay here we have another loo Wow

Nook so you're putting in like a proper Bookcase and then you could have like a Comfy chair and you could use as a Reading nook because with these blinds Open you'd get a nice view I think this is set on a timer to mix The bottles but this is kind of cool Though that if you want to have a bottle Of wine and you're in bed yeah you don't Have to go all the way downstairs you Just come here and just it's excellent Right Lovely master room Now this i can see being used Sat here watching tv yeah Because most of the time when you put a Sofa In a room in the bedroom you don't ever Sit in it for sure But uh Let's go out here before we go through The rest of the room Look at this adam talk about private and Serene Beautiful isn't that yeah You know what i'd put here You would put a volleyball court that's Exactly right would you really a beach Volleyball court i'd put a polo ground So you can ride horses and poop Or like a little mini pit like pigeon Pot no i would do a putting green Putting green i think that would be a Lot of fun yeah okay so
