Summerlin 10 000 square feet 10 000 Square feet and palatial yes let's start Hold on yeah I know let's warm up first You know what's funny is if we came here In the summer we would be looking at This saying why on Earth do you need a Fireplace in Las Vegas yes how often Does this happen it doesn't happen often At all very special okay so this is the Office walk-in yes which is great Because if you're doing business with Someone they walk in the front door Straight into the office you don't have To sit them into them exactly and how Often do you have a fireplace actually In your office right well especially When you're in a snow Pro territory yes Gosh and it has its own little Lou yes It has its own powder room over here Nice so literally self-contained do your Business goodbye Okay let's look at the house yes excuse Me yeah so this home features a six Bedrooms and eight baths excellent and I Mean look at this beautiful 20 foot Ceilings yes this is beautiful yes it's Kind of like walking into the foyer at The wind right this is on I've never Seen this in a house and from the street You would never know yes no but it's Beautiful from the street yeah but it Doesn't look so palatial and Grand yes It's so Grand and over here we have our Formal dining space

Lovely what do you think about the light Fixtures I love the light fixtures yeah I'm heavily Interlake I am too this is Really makes the difference in a room Doesn't it yeah nice beautiful room yes Beautiful I know we're still cold let's Find the next fireplace yeah right did You want to go over here to the bedrooms We have some beige bedrooms over here How many bedrooms did you say we have Six total so this is facing the front of The house Nice size lovely love the ceiling Treatment in every room Yes Bathroom nice and a walk-in closet a new Fireplace in the bathroom not here I Know we're in the search for a fireplace And here's the laundry room to the right Light laundry rooms yeah did I ever tell You my secret about what I did in the Laundry room I wouldn't repeat it you Want to know I want to know so I'm not Good with this type of Machinery okay And He's laughing already well what is it It's a machine it is a washing machine Very appropriate actually so I attempted To do my own washing on one occasion and And I figured that you poured the box of Washing Suds into the machine and put Your clothes in I think I put a shirt in Or something okay and the Box The whole box and it was like a movie

The foe it it broke the machine it came Up everywhere it was going down the Hallways And what about when digital cameras came Out Do you have to do this I think Carrie needs to know what she's Dealing with yeah you tell the story So when digital cameras first came out Hold on give me the camera All right all right when digital cameras First came out taking great pride in This decided that he was going to buy One obviously because he loves the Latest and greatest so he buys digital Camera yeah and he goes out and he snaps Up snap takes a load of pictures and Then the battery runs out okay he's like Well What am I going to do now the battery's Run out it's useless yeah so he buys a New one oh not a battery a camera I Didn't know there was a battery in it And then didn't you have something with The same thing with the memory cards no I had it with the vacuum cleaners What you filled it up and then bought a New one I didn't know they had bags in Them [Laughter] I didn't know I mean how are you Supposed to know that if you're teaching In school right let's continue I did I Went through numerous vacuum cleaners

Before I knew that there was a way to Empty them and Nightmare yourself and You might ask why did I do my own Vacuuming because it was fun In the days before everybody had wood Floors yeah I used to like making the Stripes on the car yeah yeah all right Okay we've got our second bedroom here Oh this is lovely too yes love the high Ceilings they're very high ceilings Right well whatever I smell so these Candles that's really nice Joe Malone Joe Malone if you're watching this Producer Michael sent me some cannabis Please Lovely ensuite yes ensuite bathroom it's Actually uh you've got your walk-in Closet over here as well yes Lovely very nice and there are people Currently living in this house so we're Going to be very respectful to the Private areas closets etc etc the third Bedroom Over here nice there's a whole section Of little bedrooms that are all yeah They're not so little actually so three Bedrooms on this Wing you've got your Outside area as well So in the normal circumstances I would Open the door go out and show everybody The fire pit but these are not normal Circumstances and it's freezing cold and I'm not doing that if you want to go Outside you can I mean I think we can

See from here though yeah I think so too Yeah that's lovely though isn't it yeah Yeah it's actually stopped snowing it Did wow so our suite bathroom here this Is a shower over here Beautifully done very nice okay uh uh Just you guys are missing an important Part oh what's in here oh look at this So the garage we made it into a workout Fitness area and you could see a golf Cart as well I see that yeah I like the Rims yeah there's another garage there Yes yes we do did you know yeah this is The second one yeah So Lots of storage space yeah especially With families yeah absolutely that's Really cool I always wondered what people do with These half bouncy balls balance on them For core yeah much harder to balance on That one it is yeah Okay full schematic Monday madness yeah And this is really nice the valet area We call it you know when you come out From your garage I would call it after You've done your gym work you come out Here and pass out exactly yeah I'm gonna Valet myself yeah right but it is it's Great yes Butler's Pantry with a Built-in coffee maker yes gotta have the Built-in gotta have that and we'll come To that afterwards or a powder room yes Yes look isn't that beautiful that's

That's good so you bring your shopping In into the pantry yes clever and then The little coffee maker yeah Can't be without that that's really okay So that has something that I don't have Oh what's that this part okay The tray what does it do warmsy beans Yeah I don't have that oh that's really Really disappointing I need one of these They just have nowhere to put it I'm gonna have to buy a new house Somewhere in Vegas then possibly and This is the living room living room Space we've got two I love these Fireplaces yes Isn't it nice and warm I can't say I've Seen that done either like that have you Had them no I haven't I like it though The split and they throw out some Serious Heat They do I can feel it all the way from Back here yeah it's nice choose the Glass yeah Service right now yeah and a very Contemporary but at the same time Traditional fun love it I'm going into The bar what a great space like imagine Having a party here yes and a bunch of Friends over before we go into the bar I See fishes Beautiful fish tank oh nice Uh look at them all coming to say hi These are so relaxing but such a pain to Keep clean you have to have a service

Yes look at this Adam oh wow I'm not gonna open it yeah I am It's guarding some pillows oh really Don't have a quick peek must be some Expensive pillows yeah there's pillows Oh yeah but what a great thing yeah Secret vold Door yeah not so secret I Mean you could turn it into like a Little uh whiskey room or something yeah Like a cigar room yeah She's lovely yes you've got a built-in Microwave for popcorn And then before we hit the theater room Actually there is a bedroom there is There is on this level at the basement As well so this is our sixth sixth Bedroom oh nice so this is for the Friend that doesn't make it back Upstairs correct exactly exactly on the TV and there's a bathroom for that same Friend yes Perfect shower yep Look yeah it really is deceptive because The reality is you would never imagine That it could be anything like this had Gone into the ground and yeah it looks Single story doesn't it yeah that's true It's actually three-story yeah Comfortable very comfortable come on Come sit down this is amazing Got that didn't you Okay really nice he loves it but yeah This one doesn't It's not plugged in
